Fibre network
construction

We run the whole telecom investment — concept and design, permits and approvals, construction, splicing and testing, acceptance and handover to the client. One contractor, one settlement.

1,374
turnkey investments delivered since the company was founded — each with a full design package

Every investment included construction and detailed design, a traffic management design, road occupancy permits and surveying. Tasks settled directly with the client — from a single subscriber drop to a backbone route. Largest in 2026: PLN 7 m for the operator Play.

01  /  How we work

From survey
to handover

One contractor runs the entire investment cycle. The client does not coordinate the designer, the surveyor, the construction crew and the testing company separately — they settle a single task.

02  /  What we do where

Two markets, two scopes

We state plainly what we deliver on each market, so that nothing in the quotation comes as a surprise.

Germany

Subcontractor for network construction

Earthworks and trenchless methods, cable blowing, splicing and testing, complete as-built documentation. Own crews, own equipment, own site supervision — the job is not passed on to anyone else. Reference: TSG Stuhr, works for Deutsche Telekom in the Schleswig-Holstein area.

Poland

Full delivery of the investment

Concept and mapping, construction and detailed design, permits and coordination meetings, traffic management, construction, acceptance and settlement. One contractor for the whole cycle — 1,374 turnkey investments since the company was founded, each with a full design package.

For a client abroad this means: a crew that is productive without a run-in period, backed by a design office of 20 people if the site forces a design change.

04  /  About us

We know this industry
from both sides

The Deltafon group is made up of former employees of leading telecom operators. Years inside large organisations taught us what a client actually needs — and let us build a company without corporate barriers.

We decide fast, but responsibly. We look for the solution, not for someone to blame. That attitude earns the trust that makes us a contractor of first choice.

Design office
Plotters, large-format printers and workstations for a 20-person design team.
Construction crews
Mini-excavators, an impact mole, compactors, a blowing machine, a fusion splicer.
Principle 01
Consistent client focus
Principle 02
We never give up

05  /  Acceptance and documentation

An investment ends
when it is settled

A network that cannot be accepted has not been built. Badly closed documentation can hold up the settlement of an investment for months — so we treat it as part of the job, not as paperwork after the job.

As-built documentation

  • As-built drawings matching the actual state
  • OTDR measurements with test reports
  • Geodetic survey and as-built filings
  • Full set handed over at acceptance

Formal acceptance

  • Road authority reinstatement acceptance
  • Surface reinstatement and compaction testing
  • Client-side acceptance of completed works
  • Handover of infrastructure and settlement

German standard

  • Work under German market documentation requirements
  • Documentation produced alongside the works
  • Our own checks before calling for acceptance
  • Experience from projects for TSG Stuhr
