01 / How we work
One contractor runs the entire investment cycle. The client does not coordinate the designer, the surveyor, the construction crew and the testing company separately — they settle a single task.

We state plainly what we deliver on each market, so that nothing in the quotation comes as a surprise.
Earthworks and trenchless methods, cable blowing, splicing and testing, complete as-built documentation. Own crews, own equipment, own site supervision — the job is not passed on to anyone else. Reference: TSG Stuhr, works for Deutsche Telekom in the Schleswig-Holstein area.
Concept and mapping, construction and detailed design, permits and coordination meetings, traffic management, construction, acceptance and settlement. One contractor for the whole cycle — 1,374 turnkey investments since the company was founded, each with a full design package.
For a client abroad this means: a crew that is productive without a run-in period, backed by a design office of 20 people if the site forces a design change.

A network that cannot be accepted has not been built. Badly closed documentation can hold up the settlement of an investment for months — so we treat it as part of the job, not as paperwork after the job.

Works in Germany as a subcontractor to TSG Stuhr — own crews, own equipment and own site supervision, delivered to the standards and documentation regime of the German market.
Complete delivery of the investment — from design, through approvals, to construction and acceptance. One contractor is responsible for the entire scope.
Delivered for the operators INEA and NETIA.
Fibre network for INEA under the Digital Poland Operational Programme.
Plus backbone routes: Września — 20 km and Poznań Plewiska — 7 km for NETIA FTTH networks.
Preparation and approval with the relevant road authorities.
